Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is seeking an Assistant Director – C&E Manager to lead complex BMC initiatives, manage people, and drive high-quality services for key stakeholders across verticals. You will guide cross-functional teams, plan programs, and optimize ROI while aligning with EY’s global delivery model.

You will collaborate with senior leadership, manage program life cycles, budgets, risks, and governance, and develop partnerships across onshore and offshore teams to support

Qualifications

• 12+ years of corporate experience with 10+ years in PM domain.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Experience managing end-to-end programs or a portfolio.
• Experience setting up program governance frameworks.
• Hands-on experience in traditional, agile and hybrid PM processes.
• Experience managing complex global programs with senior leadership.
• Strong organizational skills and structured thinking.
• Leadership of high-value, large-scope projects as a PM.

Responsibilities

• Drive long-term strategy programs across various verticals.
• Develop partnerships with Onshore stakeholder groups via BMC strategies.
• Provide recommendations for plans and programs to meet client needs.
• Manage end-to-end program lifecycle including governance, budgeting, and risks.
• Oversee resource, contract, reconciliation, and receivable management.
• Ensure plan delivery on schedule with SLA/KPIs; manage team performance.
• Lead change management and stakeholder engagement across global teams.
