Job summary

The role requires engineering background, strong leadership, and hands-on capacity/time-analysis skills. You will coordinate with HR/IE to optimize staffing and implement strategic training while adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering is required (IE/ Manufacturing/ Electronics).
• Experience supervising manufacturing/assembly operations is preferred.
• Proven ability to analyze capacity and optimize processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise movement of Production and NPI lots under the assigned product line.
• Manage direct labor associated with Production and NPI lots.
• Conduct start of shift production calibration for delivery and quality issues.
• Monitor performance of personnel under supervision.
• Identify, recommend and promote quality initiatives.
• Coordinate time and motion studies to align standards and capacity models.
• Plan and deploy production schedule and manpower weekly/monthly.
• Develop cross training programs for operators to cover capacity needs.
• Monitor and improve weekly KPIs.
• Support Factory 4.0 program initiatives.
• Adhere to company policies and guiding values.
