The role requires a strong portfolio, extensive Adobe Creative Suite experience, and leadership in coordinating cross-functional teams to uphold design excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant production design experience.
• Strong portfolio showing bespoke client work.
• Experience working with high-level professionals in a firm (lawyers, partners, BD managers) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-value and high-impact creative project deliverables with collaboration and timely delivery.
• Define clear project scopes and optimize resources by leveraging team strengths.
• Translate client briefs into creative visions and ensure understanding of needs and preferences.
