Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience as a Production Design Specialist or in a similar role.
• Demonstrated expertise in creating customized design solutions for clients with a robust portfolio.
• Experience collaborating with senior professionals such as lawyers and partners.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create/edit visual assets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organization, and project management skills.
• Leadership and mentoring abilities for junior designers.
• Portfolio showcasing bespoke designs is essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-value and high-impact creative project deliverables, ensuring collaboration, effective and open communication, and timely delivery.
• Define scopes by outlining roles and responsibilities and optimize resources by leveraging team strengths.
• Translate client briefs into creative visions and ensure understanding of client needs.
