Job summary

Quess Philippines Corp. is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead end-to-end development of software products, from user feedback to discovery sessions with engineering and design teams to model and launch a solution, ensuring strong user adoption.

The role requires ownership of the product backlog, defining the product vision, and cross-functional collaboration with business, marketing and operations for successful launches. Hybrid work with two days in office is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Product Management.
• Experience with software products and guiding development teams.
• Hands-on involvement in system architecture, deployment, monitoring and stability.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of products from user feedback to launch.
• Collaborate with business, engineering and design teams to model and deliver solutions.
• Own the product backlog and prioritize with stakeholders.
• Write external and internal product documentation and align solutions with stakeholders.
• Establish milestones, ensure visibility, and drive rapid iterations.
• Work with commercial, marketing and operations to ensure successful launches.
• Promote best practices, problem management and release engineering.
• Mentor the team to grow professionally and drive ownership.
