Job summary

Smart Communications, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to own the domestic data products and services lifecycle, including launches, roadmap, pricing and P&L, and go-to-market planning.

You will coordinate with Sales, Pre-sales, Product, Network Operations and Delivery teams to ensure capacity planning, implementation and top-tier customer experience, while monitoring market trends and competitive movements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or any related course.
• Masters degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in telecom or ICT product management.

Responsibilities

• Owns the product strategy and end-to-end lifecycle management of Domestic Data products and services, including product launch and roadmap, positioning, pricing and P&L, GTM planning, and performance management.
• Supports engagement of key industries through deal-level commercial and technical inputs.
• Coordinates with Sales, Pre-sales, Product and Network Operations, and Delivery teams to ensure effective capacity planning and network expansion, solutioning, implementation and customer experience.
• Monitors market trends, customer requirements, and competitive movements to enhance the portfolio and identify growth opportunities.
• Tracks revenue performance, adoption and pipeline of Domestic Data Products and Services.
• Submits weekly program status update and pipeline reports and monthly revenue performance reports to Immediate Head.
• Completes mandatory annual compliance trainings (Code of Conduct, Data Privacy Act, Information Security, Anti-Money Laundering).
• Participates in quarterly performance reviews and the annual performance appraisal cycle with Immediate Head and People Partner.
• Maintains 201 file currency including contact information, emergency contacts, and professional certifications.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or related field
