Your Role:

As a Senior Process Operations Manager (BPO), you will:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for process optimization and automation across BPO operations to drive efficiency, quality, and scalability.

  • Lead cross-functional teams and process optimization specialists to identify, assess, and redesign operational workflows.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to uncover inefficiencies and implement automation solutions using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and AI technologies.

  • Oversee the deployment of automation tools and monitor their impact through defined KPIs and performance metrics.

  • Drive standardization of processes, maintain thorough documentation, and promote adoption of best practices across teams.

  • Partner with technology teams on digital transformation initiatives and provide training and guidance to client teams on process improvement and automation.

  • Act as a strategic advisor to leadership, offering data-driven insights and recommendations for ongoing operational excellence.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, tools, and technologies related to process optimization and intelligent automation.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables:

  • 10+ years of experience in process optimization, business process transformation, or operational excellence within the BPO industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Deep understanding of BPO operations, including client engagement, workflow optimization, and performance management.

  • Experience with RPA, AI, and automation technologies, including RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism, with a proven ability to implement and scale solutions.

  • Proven track record of implementing successful process improvement initiatives and automation projects.

  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams and with clients.

Preferred skills/expertise:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

  • Relevant certifications in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) and automation technologies are a plus.
