Job summary
Outsourced.ph is seeking a highly accurate legal professional to prepare fiduciary court accountings and filing packages for attorney review. You will review case files and financial records, draft using firm templates, and deliver filing-ready work with clear exhibits.
Role requires 3+ years in legal support, advanced Excel, strong writing, and the ability to work independently with Pacific Time overlap. Onsite work in the Philippines with provided equipment.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of legal support, paralegal, fiduciary accounting, audits, or similar.
- Experience drafting or reconciling financial schedules from bank statements.
- Advanced Excel skills including formulas, sorting/filtering, date handling, and reconciliation.
Responsibilities
- Fiduciary accounting & financial review: reconcile accounts with no unexplained variances.
- Legal drafting: prepare petitions, reports, and pleadings using templates.
- Filing package prep: assemble orders, notices, affidavits, and supporting docs.
- Matter & workflow management: track deadlines and keep organized electronic files.
- Work quality standards: ensure documentation is complete, traceable, and ready.
