A leading BPO company in Pasay is looking for a qualified individual to oversee the management of private equity funds. This role requires at least 4 to 7 years of experience in private equity and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance. Key responsibilities include managing transactions, ensuring accurate cash flow handling, and serving as the primary contact for performance reporting. Candidates should be amenable to interviews and able to start immediately. A hybrid work setup is in place, and a performance bonus is included.

Qualifications

• At least 4 to 7 years’ experience in Private Equity.
• Experience in private fund accounting is an advantage.
• Can start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of private equity funds, including negotiation and supervision.
• Manage team transactions, ensuring accurate cash flow handling and financial record maintenance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for performance reporting.
• Work closely with finance and investment teams to review quarterly results.
• Provide support for special initiatives and prepare investor communications.
