Senior Print Project Manager - up to 75k - Hybrid - Taguig

We are seeking a Senior Print Project Manager for our creative agency client in BGC, Taguig.

Salary: up to 75k
Setup: Hybrid
Schedule: Mon-Fri
Shift: Dayshift, Midshift

About the role

The Senior Print Project Manager will coordinate, adapt, and implement the production process from brief to final production. You will support Team Leaders and Project Managers in managing accounts and departmental operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage daily project functions and identify resource/workload issues proactively.
  2. Implement improved processes and structures to optimize workflow.
  3. Act as point of escalation for project managers and serve as contact for studio, QC, clients, and client services.
  4. Collaborate with the Team Leader on tasks like process setup and client presentations.
  5. Assign workloads, manage resource capacity, and resolve workload issues.
  6. Cover team absences and step into daily project management roles when necessary.
  7. Maintain and update the PM SharePoint site and documentation.
  8. Conduct regular reviews of accounts and workflows.
  9. Oversee account transitions, including liaising with Chennai-based teams.
  10. Drive process improvements and develop training materials.
  11. Support the IPE transition across accounts.
  12. Mentor and train team members and freelancers.
  13. Handle ad-hoc requests and other duties as assigned.
Administrative and Personnel Duties
  1. Complete daily Covid Utilization Reports and monitor overtime.
  2. Write job specifications and participate in recruitment.
  3. Manage finance tasks like invoicing, PO creation, and revenue reporting.
  4. Prepare onboarding packs and support equipment needs.
  5. Maintain team well-being and relationships.
  6. Prepare forecasts for monthly production meetings.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in print production.
  • Technical skills within the print environment.
  • High IT literacy, especially spreadsheets.
  • Strong numeracy and attention to detail.
  • Resilience and ability to work under pressure.
  • Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience managing international accounts across multiple markets.
  • Organized, proactive, customer-focused, with excellent communication skills.
  • Understanding of international brand challenges.
  • Decision-making skills and ability to prioritize work effectively.
  • Calmness under pressure and accurate record-keeping.
