A leading semiconductor company in the Philippines is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Wafer Fab Supervisor. The successful candidate will manage a team of technicians in Wafer Probe Operations, driving tool stability and overall output. This role requires 10+ years of semiconductor experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership position. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field and the permanent right to work in the US without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of semiconductor experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in an engineering or operations discipline.
• Fluent in the English Language – written & verbal.
• Must have the permanent right to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily activities of the production floor to meet projects and performance metrics.
• Direct efforts in responding to planned and urgent unplanned events for FAB operations.
• Ensure compliance across the production floor with all Standard Operating Procedures.
