Job summary

Power Integrations in the Philippines offers engineers exposure to power electronics and power semiconductor technology across the full innovation cycle, from device physics to system-level power conversion solutions.

As a Product Development Engineer, you will drive product design from concept to mass production, evaluate Vienna rectifiers, Totem-pole PFC, LLC and other resonant circuits, and lead technical design reviews with global teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in electronics engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of power electronics design experience (gate drivers, SMPS, power management).
• Experience with GaN, IGBT, Si or SiC MOSFETs and related circuits.
• Proficient in English, able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Design products from concept to mass production.
• Design power electronic circuits for data center applications with focus on Vienna rectifiers, Totem-pole PFC, LLC and other resonant circuits.
• Select components and propose second sources; run simulations and calculations.
• Lead design reviews and document test plans/reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing and Manufacturing.
• Ensure safety, quality, reliability, and manufacturability.
