Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to design, build, and operationalize Power BI dashboards and data products for End User Services. You will blend data engineering with visualization to illuminate trends, standardize reporting, and improve frontline IT support.

Lead scalable BI solutions, ingest data from ServiceNow/Jira and Microsoft 365, and ensure governance with secure, auditable datasets. This role requires 6+ years in analytics and willingness to work night shifts in Alabang.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 6+ years in Data Analytics or BI.
• 5+ years of Power BI experience (data modeling, DAX, Power BI).
• Advanced SQL across enterprise platforms and strong Excel (Power Query/Power Pivot).
• Scripting (PowerShell/Python) to automate ingestion and reports.
• Data modeling in relational databases.
• Willingness to work night shifts (8:00 PM–5:00 AM or 9:00 PM–6:00 AM).
• Office in Alabang at least 3x a week.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver BI solutions with scalable Power BI models and dashboards.
• Build data pipelines using SQL and scripting to ingest data from ServiceNow/Jira and other tools.
• Establish a governed reporting framework for SLAs, KPIs, and standard monthly/quarterly reports.
• Translate data findings into actionable recommendations for frontline IT support.
• Publish datasets and Power BI apps; coach teams on interpretation of visuals.
