Job summary

Amazon Lab126 in the Philippines seeks a Senior Post-Silicon Product Engineer to lead validation, characterization, and ramp activities for advanced semiconductor products.

You will drive silicon bring-up, test coverage, data analytics, and collaboration with design, SoC, DFT, and manufacturing teams to ensure quality and performance as we scale to high-volume production. This role also involves system-level validation and influencing architecture for end-user performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of post-silicon validation, product engineering, or semiconductor development experience.
• Strong knowledge of ATE, wafer sort, and SLT testing.
• Hands-on silicon bring-up, validation, characterization, and debugging.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Experience with data analysis: JMP, Python, SQL.
• Familiarity with reliability testing standards (HTOL, HAST, TC) and failure analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-silicon validation and characterization for new silicon and production ramp.
• Analyze data from test flows to identify trends and drive yield improvements.
• Develop and optimize test programs for wafer and package-level testing; collaborate with ATE teams.
• Coordinate with Design, SoC, DFT, Reliability, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.
• Generate reports detailing validation results, failure analyses and recommended actions.
