Job summary

Pandoblox is hiring a Senior Platform Engineer to own the client-delivery infrastructure and evolve it for fast, safe, repeatable outcomes. The role is ~70% hands-on platform/infra/DevOps, 20% architecture & security, 10% reliability.

You’ll work with Terraform/OpenTofu, GCP IAM, Cloud Run, CI/CD, and multi-tenant isolation to deliver scalable client environments. Remote from the Philippines, with US Pacific timezone alignment, probation of 90 days.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of platform/infra/DevOps/SRE experience
• expert in Terraform/OpenTofu production modules
• deep GCP IAM & SA design, WIF, Cloud Run, networking, Secret Manager, BigQuery admin
• strong CI/CD with GitHub Actions, OIDC/keyless, trunk-based
• security & identity: keyless, least-privilege, gated-prod posture
• multi-tenant isolation for data and runtime
• observability & cost OLTs, incident response, evidence-first debugging
• per-client cost attribution/FinOps instincts
• experience with AWS alongside GCP
• delivery-first infra for client outcomes, not over-engineered
• excellent written and verbal English
• fully functional computer
• willing to install endpoint protection
• resident of the Philippines
• willing to work in US Pacific TZ
• 90-days probation period

Responsibilities

• Execute and own the following tasks
• IaC provisioning for new clients with Terraform/OpenTofu and gated PRs
• GCP multi-tenancy with isolated per-client projects and IAM controls
• Runtime isolation with per-client quotas and fair resource management
• Keyless identity and secrets management with Workload Identity Federation
• CI/CD with GitHub Actions, OIDC/keyless auth, trunk-based promotion
• Observability, cost SLOs, alerting, incident response, cost attribution
• Collaborate with the project team and support delivery goals
• Perform other duties as needed by the role
