Private Advertiser is seeking an HR & Administration Manager to lead the plant's human resources operations. The role combines strategic partnership with Plant Management and hands-on HR duties, including employee relations, labor matters, and administrative services.

Key requirements include a Bachelor's degree in HRM or related field, 12+ years in HR with at least 5 years in a leadership role, and experience in labor-intensive environments. Fluency in Cebuano or Bisaya is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive HR experience.
• At least 5 years in a managerial HR leadership role.
• Experience in manufacturing or other labor-intensive settings preferred.
• Fluency or conversational Cebuano (Bisaya) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee and labor relations, organizational development, workforce planning, HR operations, and plant administration.
• Serve as strategic partner to Plant Management while addressing day-to-day employee concerns and union matters.
• Handle disciplinary cases, manpower requirements, and organizational issues as needed.
