The position requires 5+ years of professional software engineering experience and strong proficiency in PHP, NodeJS, Python or Java, with expertise in MySQL, Docker and Kubernetes, plus cloud

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in PHP, NodeJS, Python or Java.
• Extensive MySQL experience: complex queries, schema design, indexing.
• Experience deploying and managing production apps.
• Familiar with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins.
• Experience with Cloud Platforms (Alicloud).
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with monitoring tools (Datadog, Grafana).
• Familiarity with blue-green or canary deployment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software systems.
• Write clean, well-tested code and review peers' work.
• Deploy changes to production using CI/CD pipelines; monitor releases for issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, including on-call rotation participation.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting to ensure system reliability.
• Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define technical requirements.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision making.
