Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven PHP web development experience.
• Strong knowledge of PHP frameworks such as Symfony, Laravel or Zend.
• Solid understanding of MVC design patterns and OOP.
• Proficient in JavaScript/HTML5/CSS3 for front-end integration.
• Experience with version control (Git) and secure coding practices.

Responsibilities

• Design solutions using PHP frameworks to address client problems efficiently.
• Develop server-side logic and integrate front-end components.
• Define and maintain central databases for applications.
• Ensure high performance and responsiveness to front-end requests.
• Complete PHP modules per sprint plans.
• Create reusable PHP modules with data storage integration (SQL/NoSQL).
• Implement secure data transit, storage and retrieval, including encryption.
• Review code from junior developers and enforce quality.
• Ensure modules/features meet scope estimates and specifications.
