Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a detail-oriented report configuration specialist to support client reporting using IQVIA systems. Under guidance, you will collect requests, define report content, and ensure deliverables meet client needs.

You will work in a team, handle data from IQVIA suppliers, perform ad hoc reports, and train colleagues while following quality standards and processes to maintain accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science for Pharmacy with at least 1 year of experience.
• Willing to do production work and accept additional tasks like Adhoc, special project or other challenging tasks.
• Ability to work in a team environment, to follow directions accurately and to work under time constraints and changing work volumes.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and communication skills.
• Strong customer focus, an attention to detail and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well with others cross functionally.
• Proven ability to achieve goals on time.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Receives and documents client requests for new, custom reports.
• Defines report content and validates that client needs match data content instructions.
• Identifies report categories and product segments to include.
• Logs incoming data from IQVIA data suppliers.
• Ensures accuracy of all work.
• Answers questions from less experienced colleagues.
• Follows quality processes thoroughly - checklists, standards etc.
• Escalates issues to Supervisor.
• Performs ad hoc reports and trains the team.
