GYMGUYZ is seeking a Master Trainer to lead a team of personal trainers, mentor staff, and drive client results in mobile sessions across communities. You will conduct assessments, design sessions, and oversee training quality while supporting sales growth.

Qualifications

• Must be a certified personal trainer with leadership experience.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Minimum 3+ years in personal training and team mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results.
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
