Job summary

GYMGUYZ is seeking a Master Trainer to lead and mentor a team of personal trainers across client sessions and community engagements. You will drive results, design sessions, and oversee client success metrics in a flexible, full-time role.

As a certified trainer with leadership experience, you’ll influence and grow the team while promoting DRIVEN values. Your work will extend beyond the gym, supporting growth and onboarding for new trainers.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with CPR/AED certification.
• 3+ years in personal training and leadership roles.
• Proven ability to mentor trainers and drive client results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of trainers to deliver exceptional results.
• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments using the app.
• Design and lead individual and small-group sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and training quality.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives

What You Bring

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
