Job summary

IPG Mediabrands Philippines, Inc. seeks a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to join the KINESSO team in driving digital media buying and performance growth.

You will collaborate with planners and digital managers to design data-driven strategies that optimize campaigns across channels. You will plan, execute, and optimize paid search, paid social, and online video campaigns, producing actionable insights and reports for clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational skills, time management and attention to details are critical.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and online collaboration tools (Drive, MS Teams, Smartsheets, Slack).
• Preferably hands-on experience in performance media planning and management (Paid Search, Paid Social, Online Video) with knowledge of Google Ads and Data Studio.

Responsibilities

• Develop performance marketing plans with planners and digital managers.
• Create media plans and proposals; estimate investments and KPIs.
• Plan and implement campaigns across paid search, paid social, and online video.
• Monitor campaigns daily and provide updates and recommendations.
