Job summary

Unisys Manila is seeking a proactive payroll professional to own end-to-end APAC payroll processing, primarily for the Philippines, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance while partnering with HR, Finance, and payroll vendors.

The ideal candidate has a BA/BS with 5+ years in multinational payroll, strong APAC knowledge, experience with payroll systems/HRIS, and excellent analytical and stakeholder skills.

Responsible for end-to-end payroll processing across APAC countries, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery while partnering with HR, Finance, and payroll vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and validate payroll for APAC countries (primarily the Philippines, with exposure to Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, and New Zealand).
• Ensure compliance with payroll, tax, and statutory requirements.
• Perform payroll audits, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Support payroll system updates, testing, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve payroll issues.

You will be successful in this role if you have

BA/BS degree and 4-6 years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of payroll experience in a multinational environment.
• Hands-on end-to-end payroll processing experience.
• Strong knowledge of APAC payroll regulations and compliance.
• Experience with payroll systems/HRIS and payroll vendors.

Preferred

• Experience in payroll transformation, automation, and year-end processing.
• Exposure to regional or global payroll operations.
