Job summary

Hunt St Pty Ltd is seeking a Sr. Digital Performance Marketing Specialist (Paid Media) based in the Philippines. The role is remote and contracted through Hunt St, with engagement aligned to AU business hours.

You will manage day-to-day paid media execution across Meta, Google, and TikTok, driving ROI through testing and data-led decisions. You will work with Klayvio, Shopify, Instapages and Monday.com, and collaborate with the client’s team to scale campaigns and optimize creatives while

Qualifications

3–5+ years experience managing paid media accounts.
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (TikTok a bonus).
Experience with Monday.com, Klaviyo, Shopify and Instapages.
Proven ability to manage and scale ad spend profitably.
Experience running structured testing and optimisation programs.
Strong understanding of attribution, tracking and performance measurement.

Responsibilities

Own and manage paid media accounts across Meta, Google, TikTok and other platforms.
Execute full-funnel paid media strategies focused on customer acquisition and ROAS.
Create, edit and iterate paid ad content based on performance insights.
Review and maintain ad tech stack, tracking infrastructure, and reporting.
Track KPIs and deliver monthly performance summaries and insights.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for growth opportunities.
