Job summary

Coins in the Philippines is seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, launch and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Apple Search Ads. You will monitor budgets, KPIs, and performance to drive user acquisition for crypto services.

Collaborating with creative and product teams, you will analyze data, run A/B tests, and produce clear performance reports for stakeholders, while staying ahead of platform changes and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• 5 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Apple Search Ads.
• Strong skills in data gathering, analysis, and reporting (Excel/Sheets, Data Studio, or similar).
• Understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CVR, CPI, CAC, ROAS, ARPU).
• Knowledge of audience targeting, keyword strategy, and attribution models.
• Experience with analytics platforms (Firebase, Appsflyer, GA, etc.).
