Job summary

Red Clay Consulting is seeking an OUAF Senior Consultant to join our Philippines team in a remote capacity. The role emphasizes Oracle Utilities expertise, domain knowledge in meter data management, and strong SDLC understanding.

You will configure, develop, and support OUAF solutions while coordinating with client teams to ensure successful deployments. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering and 5+ years in Oracle Utilities or MDM, plus solid Java, SOA, and XML skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Utilities or Meter Data Management.
• Solid understanding of SDLC.
• Proficient in Java, SOA, Web Services, XML, SQL Server or Oracle.
• Bonus: HTML, JavaScript, ASP.NET, C#.NET, VB.NET, PL/SQL.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements.
• Translate needs into technical specs and design solutions.
• Configure and develop using Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).
• Go-live activities support.
• Ensure quality and compliance with coding standards.
• Work closely with internal and/or client teams.
