Job summary

Avaloq is seeking a Software Engineer to maintain and enhance Platform & Integration modules, develop change requests, and provide live-client support. You will collaborate with Product and APAC SPOCs to design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality banking solutions in a hybrid setup.

The role offers exposure to agile development processes, strong analytical requirements, and opportunities to deepen banking domain knowledge while using Avaloq technology.

Your role as a Software Engineer will be to maintain and enhancePlatform & Integrationmodules, developing change requests, and providing support to live clients. This job opportunity allows for a unique combination to advance your development skills, but also to acquire banking know how on a top level.

You will work closely with the SPOC for Product (ACP) and SPOC for APAC (Parameterization) to design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality solutions within the team’s area of responsibility.

Your mission

• Participate in all phases of product development and enhancement including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and documentation using agile methodologies.
• Ensure quality and maintainability of our products by designing technically sound solutions, hunting bugs, and providing support to our clients.
• Become a subject matter expert to contribute to the general improvements of our products and to take ownership of code components.
• Support Domain Lead / Stream Leadwith estimation of work packages
