Job summary

NRI is seeking a Senior Oracle Functional Consultant, Finance, based in Manila. You will drive Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials implementations, remediation and ongoing support for Australian clients.

Join onshore leads to translate requirements into practical configurations using an adopt, configure and extend approach. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion experience, strong GL expertise and a deep understanding of finance processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on implementation experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
• Strong functional expertise in General Ledger and multiple Financials modules (Payables, Receivables, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Tax).
• Solid understanding of finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C) and related accounting controls.

Responsibilities

• Support requirements workshops and document business processes and gaps.
• Configure Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials modules (GL, Payables, Receivables, etc.).
• Design and configure enterprise structures, ledgers, COA, and period-close workflows.
• Prepare functional designs, configuration workbooks and test scenarios.
• Investigate configuration issues and implement remediation with delivery teams.
• Support data migration, reconciliation and interface validation.
• Coordinate cutover, go-live and hypercare with client teams.
• Provide progress updates and escalate risks to the delivery lead.

Bring your expertise to our team as a Senior Oracle Functional Consultant, Finance - deliver Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials implementation, remediation and support services for NRI Australia clients. Work with onshore leads and client teams to translate business requirements into practical solutions using an adopt, configure and extend approach.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support requirements workshops and document business processes, functional requirements, gaps and agreed solutions.

• Configure Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials modules within your areas of expertise, including General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Expenses and Tax.

• Support the design and configuration of enterprise structures, ledgers, charts of accounts, subledger accounting, approval workflows and financial controls.

• Prepare functional designs, configuration workbooks, test scenarios and user documentation.

• Investigate configuration, transaction processing and accounting issues, identify root causes and implement agreed remediation.

• Perform unit and system testing, resolve defects, and support integration testing and user acceptance testing.

• Work with technical teams on data migration, reporting and integrations, including reconciliation of opening balances, master data and financial transactions.

• Support cutover, go-live, hypercare and knowledge transfer to client and support teams.

• Provide clear progress updates and elevate risks, issues and dependencies to the delivery lead.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years of relevant experience, including hands-on implementation experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.

• Strong functional expertise in General Ledger and at least two additional Financials modules, such as Payables, Receivables, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Expenses or Tax.

• Strong understanding of finance processes, including record-to-report, procure-to-pay and order-to-cash, and their associated accounting entries and controls.

• Experience configuring enterprise structures, ledgers, charts of accounts, accounting rules, approval workflows and period-close processes.

• Ability to analyse requirements, assess existing configuration and resolve functional defects across connected finance processes.

• Experience preparing functional specifications and configuration documentation and supporting testing through to production deployment.

• Experience supporting financial data migration, interface validation and reconciliation between source systems, subledgers and the General Ledger.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with Australian clients and distributed delivery teams.

• Ability to manage assigned deliverables, meet agreed timelines and maintain high standards of documentation and quality.
