Job summary

Prudential is seeking a Risk Operations Manager to lead governance, risk assessment, incident management, and compliance across the organization. You will collaborate with Group Risk and other stakeholders to ensure effective risk controls and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in risk-related field.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise risk frameworks and operational risk management practices.
• Experience with RCSA, incident management, and issue remediation.

Responsibilities

• Governance and reporting: support risk policies, risk appetite, and quarterly risk committee reporting.
• Risk assessment and monitoring: identify risks, maintain risk library, monitor indicators and trends.
• Assurance reviews and controls testing: lead deep-dives, challenge control owners, drive remediation.
• Issues and incidents management: investigate incidents, ensure documentation quality and timely reporting.
• Risk culture and stakeholder management: build risk-awareness programs and engage first-line teams.
• Compliance: uphold Prudential compliance standards and reporting obligations.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Accountancy, Industrial Engineering or related field
