Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in the related field.
• Experience leading Ops Managers and team leads.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop Operations Managers and teams to meet targets.
• Monitor performance and drive improvements across the program.
• Manage day-to-day account operations and resolve issues promptly.
• Analyze data to improve service levels and outcomes.
• Coordinate training and ensure client requirements are met.
• Communicate changes to teams and promote effective use of tools.
