Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Senior Operations Manager in Pasay to lead BFSI accounts and optimize program performance. You will review metrics, manage hiring and development, and drive performance improvement across teams.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in SOM for BFSI, strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, and the capacity to explain complex issues in plain language. This is an on-site role requiring hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years SOM experience handling BFSI accounts.
• Must be willing to work on-site in Pasay.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and general troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to communicate technical issues in non-technical terms.
• Able provide customer and technical support to customers through inbound phone, chat and email requests
