TigerUX is seeking a backend developer to design and maintain APIs and services for mobile and web apps, while modernizing code and supporting existing systems.

The role emphasizes refactoring CoffeeScript to TypeScript, building reusable code, and contributing to a dynamic international team with flexible remote work options.

Qualifications

• 5+ yrs CoffeeScript, 3+ yrs Node.js/JavaScript.
• Strong experience with MySQL, DynamoDB, Redis.
• Skilled in Docker, Kubernetes, AWS (CloudFormation, API Gateway, AppSync/GraphQL).
• Familiarity with automation/DevOps tools (Jenkins, DataDog, Loggly).
• Knowledge of frameworks: Express, Lodash, Knex, Sequelize.
• Experience with microservices architecture & full SDLC
• Strong problem-solving & communication skills.
