• Certifications CCNP, CCIE, CISSP, Security+, or equivalent preferred.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proven client management and technical consulting experience.

• Provide advanced network and security support and technical consulting.
• Design, implement, and troubleshoot complex network infrastructure, including BGP routing.
• Act as a Level 3 escalation point and participate in service restoration/on-call rotation.
• Lead and support infrastructure projects, solution design, and technical requirements.
• Mentor infrastructure engineers and conduct technical hand-offs and training; monitor emerging technologies and cybersecurity threats.
• Manage priorities, timelines, documentation, and client communications.
• Work directly with clients and stakeholders to develop effective technical solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS
