Job summary

IT Solution Singapore is seeking a Network Engineer or Senior Network Engineer to join its IT team in Singapore. The role focuses on maintaining network infrastructure, monitoring performance, and delivering reliable connectivity for clients and internal systems.

Candidates should have a IT-related degree, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, 2–3 years of experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, including shift work.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess a Degree/Diploma in IT or related technical discipline.
• Possess Cisco certification (CCNA / CCNP).
• 2-3 years of network working experience.
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and troubleshoot experience.
• Customer-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with problem solving skills.
• Must be comfortable with working shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day network operation for the Network Infrastructure and Network Equipment, including performance monitoring, bandwidth monitoring.
• Update documentation of the Network Infrastructure and network diagrams, equipment configuration, architecture and designs.
• Collaborate with customers to perform testing and preventative maintenance per schedule.
• Manage cabling assets and maintain network drawings during IMAC activities.
• Resolve incidents with problem analysis and escalation as needed.
• Handle Network IMAC requests and update documentation.
• Provide proactive incident reports within 24 hours to relevant teams.
• Respond to fault calls via email and other channels.
• Coordinate with support teams on unresolved issues.
• Provide multi-vendor equipment support across a range of models.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager.
