Job summary

IT by Design Philippines Inc. is seeking a skilled NOC Engineer to monitor, troubleshoot, and manage enterprise network infrastructure, including Cisco routers/switches and FortiGate firewalls. You will work with AWS/Azure networking and Secure SD-WAN in a 24/7 environment.

The role requires CCNA and strong networking experience; CCNP is preferred. This onsite position is based in BGC, Taguig City, Philippines, with opportunities to collaborate with international clients and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco IOS/IOS-XE, NX-OS, L2/L3 networking, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, VLANs, VRFs, STP, HSRP.
• Experience with FortiGate firewalls, IPsec VPNs, ADVPN, Secure SD-WAN, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer.
• CCNA certification required; CCNP strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Cisco Meraki MX, Cisco ISE, AWS networking, and Azure networking.
• Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, VMware, or Nutanix is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Amenable to work onsite on a daily basis in BGC, Taguig City.

• Perform incident management, escalation, documentation, and root cause analysis.
• Maintain network availability, security, and performance in a 24/7 operational environment.
• Coordinate with technical teams and international clients to ensure timely issue resolution.

About the role
