Job summary

Vault Outsourcing OPC is seeking a Senior NetSuite Functional Consultant to deliver tailored NetSuite solutions aligned with client business processes. You will collaborate with clients, stakeholders, developers, and the Sales team across design, implementation, testing, training, and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on NetSuite ERP implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite Finance and WD modules.
• Experience in retail, manufacturing, or wholesale/distribution desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical NetSuite solutions.
• Experience with NetSuite configurations, workflows, forms, and integrations.
• Understanding of cloud technology, APIs, data migration, and system integrations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements through client workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Advise clients on NetSuite solutions and best practices based on their business processes and requirements.
• Identify gaps between standard NetSuite functionality and client requirements and develop appropriate solution designs.
• Design and configure end-to-end NetSuite solutions across relevant modules.
• Collaborate with development teams on customizations, workflows, integrations, testing, and implementation.
• Work with the Sales team on solution scoping, requirements, timelines, and deliverables during the pre-sales process.
• Lead and support testing, UAT, data migration, implementation, and post-go-live activities.
• Deliver client training, workshops, demonstrations, and walkthroughs to promote effective use of NetSuite.
• Provide ongoing client support, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities for system and process improvements.
• Support project delivery by managing priorities, timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.

As a Senior NetSuite Functional Consultant, you will deliver tailored NetSuite solutions that align with client business requirements and processes. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, developers, and the Sales team across solution design, implementation, testing, training, and ongoing support.

• Experience in retail, manufacturing, or wholesale/distribution is highly desirable
• Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills, with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions
• Experience with NetSuite configuration, workflows, forms, customizations, and integrations
• Understanding of cloud technology, APIs, data migration, and system integrations
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Confident working with clients and managing expectations in complex or fast-paced environments
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with technical and business teams
