Job summary

NOUS LATAM is seeking a hands-on NetSuite Developer to design and deliver customizations, scripts, and integrations. You will support finance systems like expense management and reporting tools, translating requirements into reliable, well-tested solutions.

The role is fully remote, aligned to U.S. Pacific hours, reporting to the Senior Analyst, Corporate Applications, and coordinating with regional resources. Strong coding, testing, and data integrity are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite development including SuiteScript (2.x) and custom records/fields.
• Experience building integrations using SuiteTalk, RESTlets, APIs, and middleware/iPaaS.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and API-based integration patterns.
• Strong understanding of core Finance/Accounting processes and how they map to systems.
• Experience with saved searches, reports, dashboards, and role/permission management in NetSuite.
• Familiarity with SDLC practices, version control, testing, and change control.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and custom records/fields.
• Build and maintain integrations between NetSuite and other systems via SuiteTalk, RESTlets, APIs, and middleware.
• Develop saved searches, reports, dashboards, and scheduled scripts for finance and management reporting.
• Provide technical support for NetSuite and other financial applications, diagnosing root causes and delivering fixes.
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Follow release-management practices with version control, sandbox-to-production promotions, and change control.
