Job summary

Kalpa seeks a skilled NetSuite Developer to design, develop, customize, and integrate solutions within the NetSuite ERP ecosystem. You will work with consultants, product managers, and service teams to deliver scalable technical solutions that align with business needs.

This high-impact role combines strong software engineering with ERP know-how to improve internal products and client implementations. You will design reusable components, automate workflows, and ensure upgrade-safe configurations

Qualifications

4+ years of hands-on experience developing and customizing NetSuite solutions.
Strong experience with SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, REST/SOAP APIs, and NetSuite integrations.
Experience designing custom NetSuite solutions, workflows, scripts, reports, forms, and integrations.
Understanding of APIs, databases, integration patterns, and ERP processes.
Excellent communication and collaboration in remote, high-autonomy settings.

Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite technical solutions.
Decide when to extend NetSuite via custom development vs standard configuration.
Build custom records, forms, dashboards, reports, workflows, and integrations.
Design and implement integrations with CRMs, eCommerce platforms, and APIs.
Provide testing, reviews, debugging, and deployment readiness.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to internal coding standards.
