We Are Hiring | NetSuite Developer

Our client is looking for an experienced NetSuite Developer to join our growing NetSuite team. As a leading NetSuite partner in Europe, we deliver best-in-class CFO Office solutions spanning NetSuite product development, localization, consulting, and international financial administration to companies scaling across borders.

In this role, youll work directly with our NetSuite products, taking ownership of development (including SuiteScript 2.x) and contributing to high-quality implementations. Responsibilities

Technical Delivery

Conduct technical feasibility reviews for new requirements and solutions.

Provide accurate technical estimations to support planning and prioritization.

Participate in sprint and release planning, ensuring proper workload distribution.

Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable SuiteScript 2.x solutions.

Build prototypes or proofs of concept (POCs) when needed to validate design decisions.

Perform code reviews, enforce quality standards, and manage source control with Bitbucket/Git.

Testing & Quality Assurance

Conduct smoke, integration, and load/performance testing to ensure robust solutions.

Support regression and pre-release QA planning to safeguard production releases.

Collaborate with QA and functional consultants to validate technical solutions.

Documentation & Release Management

Document technical designs, APIs, and data flows for team and client reference.

Complete the BFN (Business Function Needs) questionnaire for technical details.

Manage product releases to production, including post-release monitoring and support.

Provide post-release bug fixes, optimizations, and technical refactoring where necessary.

Actively participate in refinement sessions, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Work closely with cross-functional team members, offering and seeking help when needed.

Ensure adherence to defined processes while fostering continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a NetSuite Developer or Technical Consultant, with advanced knowledge of SuiteScript 2.x.

Strong understanding of NetSuite architecture and best practices.

Hands-on experience with scrum/agile methodologies including sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectives.

Proficiency in version control tools (Bitbucket, Git).

Solid experience in integration, performance, and regression testing.

Strong technical documentation skills (designs, APIs, data flows).

Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, collaborative approach.

Nice to Have

Experience or exposure to NetSuite Solutions Architecture responsibilities.

Familiarity with BFN processes and technical questionnaires.

Experience with CI/CD practices.

Knowledge of performance optimization and technical refactoring in large NetSuite environments
