The role emphasizes collaboration with Product, Business Analysis, QA, and Support across APAC, with flexible working arrangements but based in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years operating in a mid-senior or lead developer capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong experience with enterprise-grade, client-facing applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers.
• Promote modern software engineering practices (clean code, automated testing, CI/CD).
• Contribute to deployment processes and DevOps practices in Azure DevOps.
• Translate requirements into robust technical designs and participate in architecture decisions.
