Job summary

Outsourced.ph is hiring a senior full-stack .NET developer to join a Hamilton-based health-sector project. You will collaborate with senior peers to design, build, and deliver robust enterprise solutions, mentor teammates, and own architectural decisions. Strong C#, SQL Server, and cloud experience are essential.

You will work with a team delivering end-to-end solutions, adopting modern testing, CI/CD, and DevOps practices, while ensuring high-quality code and client-focused communication.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification required.
• 5+ years in full-stack .NET development.
• Experience leading/senior developer with mentoring.
• Strong C# and .NET (ASP.NET Core, Web API, EF).
• Strong MS SQL Server skills and tuning.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architecture on new and existing systems.
• Translate client requirements into documented technical solutions and system designs.
• Develop data-driven features with MS SQL Server, procedures, and ETL integrations.
• Maintain code quality with reviews, standards, and automated testing.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers and share knowledge.
• Participate in full SDLC from requirements to deployment and support.
• Collaborate with health-sector clients to scope enhancements and fix issues.
• Advance DevOps practices, CI/CD, and tooling for the team.
• Encourage adoption of AI-assisted development tools where suitable.
