Qualifications

• Experience in .NET Full Stack development.
• Ability to lead solution design and planning.
• Experience with ERP transformation and backend/integration work.
• Proven ability to mentor developers and produce design documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on progress and deliverables within agreed timelines.
• Lead solution planning and design with application experts.
• Develop front-end, back-end, and integration components following Agile.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement technical designs.
• Mentor developers and promote best practices.
• Produce solution design docs throughout the SDLC.
• Support business activities with in-house and third-party apps.
• Lead upgrades of in-house apps to stabilize the stack ahead of ERP.
• Contribute to ERP transformation, focusing on backend and integration.
