Job summary

EY's Global Delivery Services seeks a Digital Engineering - .NetCore Manager to lead design and architecture of robust .NET Core applications. You will guide development teams, enforce standards, and ensure alignment with business goals across multiple regions.

You will mentor engineers, drive SDLC, and participate in Agile ceremonies while collaborating with product owners and cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management or a related field.
• 10–14 years of experience in .NET development.
• Experience leading a team and delivering large-scale .NET projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of robust, scalable .NET Core/ASP.NET Core applications.
• Provide technical guidance and hands-on support to development teams.
• Review system architecture and ensure alignment with business goals and standards.
• Define and enforce coding standards and best practices; drive SDLC.
• Lead Agile/scrum ceremonies and manage project delivery timelines.
• Mentor and develop a team of software engineers; assign tasks and track progress.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
