Job summary

Support Services Group is seeking a seasoned .NET Backend Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable server-side apps using C# and ASP.NET Core. You will develop RESTful APIs, integrate with external services, and contribute to secure, maintainable code.

You will work with EF Core, CI/CD, and microservices, following SOLID principles and best practices. The role requires 5+ years in backend development and a Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional backend development with C# and .NET/.NET Core.
• Strong ASP.NET Core, Web API, and EF Core expertise.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs with versioning and documentation.
• Solid OOP and SOLID principles
• Experience with unit testing and mocking frameworks
• Experience with asynchronous programming, DI, and middleware
• Knowledge of authentication concepts (JWT, OAuth2, OpenID Connect)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using C# and .NET Core.
• Build and document RESTful APIs for internal and external use.
• Implement data access with EF Core.
• Write clean, testable code following best practices and patterns.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure coding standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Integrate with third‑party APIs and services for reliability
• Contribute to architecture of microservices and distributed systems
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment
• Stay updated with backend technologies and propose improvements
