Lennor Metier is seeking a Senior MuleSoft Integration Consultant to design, develop, test and deploy enterprise integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Anypoint Studio. You will build and maintain integrations across systems, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance in a global setup.

You will collaborate with solution architects, analysts, and developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and documentation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience with significant MuleSoft hands-on work.
• Strong hands-on experience with the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Proven ability to design, develop, test and deploy enterprise integrations.
• Knowledge of API-led connectivity and best practices in integration.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Anypoint Studio.
• Develop and maintain MuleSoft integrations across systems, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Implement API-led connectivity strategies including API design, development, deployment, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and developers to understand requirements and deliver integration solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve integration issues to minimize downtime and disruption.
• Build reusable MuleSoft components, templates, and integration patterns to improve efficiency.
• Apply security, governance, and development best practices across MuleSoft solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to design discussions and continuous improvement.
• Provide mentorship to junior developers on MuleSoft development and enterprise integration practices.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for designs, processes, standards, and approaches.

Job Title: Senior MuleSoft Integration Consultant

Work Setup: WFH

Location: Phlippines

Compensation Flexibility: Open to negotiation for highly qualified candidates.

Start Time: Must be able to start immediately / ASAP

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Anypoint Studio.
• Develop and maintain MuleSoft integrations across multiple systems and platforms, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Implement API-led connectivity strategies, including API design, development, deployment, and lifecycle management.
• Work closely with solution architects, business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective integration solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve integration issues, minimizing system downtime and business disruption.
• Build reusable MuleSoft components, templates, and integration patterns to improve development efficiency.
• Apply security, governance, integration standards, and development best practices across MuleSoft solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, participate in technical and design discussions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers on MuleSoft development and enterprise integration practices.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation covering integration designs, processes, technical standards, and implementation approaches.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 7+ years of professional experience in software development, with significant hands-on experience in MuleSoft development.
• Strong hands-on experience with the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Proven experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying enterprise integration solutions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, API-led connectivity, and integration best practices.
• Experience working with APIs and integrating multiple enterprise systems and platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities in complex integration environments.
• Willingness and ability to work Australian business hours.
• Based in the Philippines and able to work remotely.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• MuleSoft certifications such as MuleSoft Certified Developer (Mule 4) or equivalent.
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise integration environments.
• Experience developing reusable integration frameworks, components, and templates.
• Previous experience providing technical mentorship or guidance to junior developers.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Availability to start immediately or within a short notice period.
