Job summary

Lennor Metier is seeking a Senior MuleSoft Integration Consultant to design, develop, and deploy enterprise integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. You will work remotely from the Philippines with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, scalable integrations and API-led connectivity.

The role requires senior MuleSoft experience, strong API design skills, and the ability to mentor junior developers while maintaining thorough documentation and standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development with MuleSoft experience.
• Strong hands-on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform expertise.
• Experience designing, developing, testing, deploying enterprise integrations.
• Understanding of API-led connectivity and integration patterns.
• Experience integrating multiple enterprise systems and APIs.
• Strong troubleshooting in complex integration environments.
• Willingness to work Australian business hours.
• Based in the Philippines and able to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Anypoint Studio.
• Develop and maintain MuleSoft integrations across multiple systems and platforms, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Implement API-led connectivity strategies, including API design, development, deployment, and lifecycle management.
• Work closely with solution architects, business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective integration solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve integration issues, minimizing system downtime and business disruption.
• Build reusable MuleSoft components, templates, and integration patterns to improve development efficiency.
• Apply security, governance, integration standards, and development best practices across MuleSoft solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, participate in technical and design discussions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers on MuleSoft development and enterprise integration practices.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation covering integration designs, processes, technical standards, and implementation approaches.

Preferred Qualifications

• MuleSoft certifications such as MuleSoft Certified Developer (Mule 4) or equivalent.
• Experience working in large‑scale enterprise integration environments.
• Experience developing reusable integration frameworks, components, and templates.
• Previous experience providing technical mentorship or guidance to junior developers.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Availability to start immediately or within a short notice period.
