Job summary

Lennor Metier is seeking a Senior MuleSoft Integration Consultant for a remote role based in the Philippines. You will design and deliver enterprise MuleSoft integrations, ensuring reliability and performance, across multiple systems in North American, European, Australian, and Asian regions.

You will mentor junior developers, contribute to API-led connectivity strategies, and maintain comprehensive design and implementation documentation. Immediate start and negotiable compensation offered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software development with hands-on MuleSoft experience.
• Proven ability to design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy MuleSoft integrations across systems using Anypoint Platform.
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of integrations.
• Apply API-led connectivity with design, deployment, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and developers to deliver integration solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve integration issues to minimize downtime.
• Build reusable components and templates to improve efficiency.

• Conduct code reviews and contribute to technical discussions.

Job Title: Senior MuleSoft Integration Consultant

Work Setup: WFH

Location: Phlippines

Compensation Flexibility: Open to negotiation for highly qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Anypoint Studio.
• Develop and maintain MuleSoft integrations across multiple systems and platforms, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Implement API-led connectivity strategies, including API design, development, deployment, and lifecycle management.
• Work closely with solution architects, business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective integration solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve integration issues, minimizing system downtime and business disruption.
• Build reusable MuleSoft components, templates, and integration patterns to improve development efficiency.
• Apply security, governance, integration standards, and development best practices across MuleSoft solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, participate in technical and design discussions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers on MuleSoft development and enterprise integration practices.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation covering integration designs, processes, technical standards, and implementation approaches.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in software development, with significant hands-on experience in MuleSoft development.
• Strong hands-on experience with the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Proven experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying enterprise integration solutions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, API-led connectivity, and integration best practices.
• Experience working with APIs and integrating multiple enterprise systems and platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities in complex integration environments.
• Willingness and ability to work Australian business hours.
• Based in the Philippines and able to work remotely.

Preferred Qualifications

• MuleSoft certifications such as MuleSoft Certified Developer (Mule 4) or equivalent.
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise integration environments.
• Experience developing reusable integration frameworks, components, and templates.
• Previous experience providing technical mentorship or guidance to junior developers.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Availability to start immediately or within a short notice period.
