Global Finance Teams is seeking a Senior Motion Designer in the Philippines to evolve the brand’s visual and motion identity across marketing channels. You will craft scroll-stopping motion graphics for social campaigns, product launches, and explainers while ensuring brand consistency and high-quality execution.

The role requires a strong portfolio in SaaS/tech branding, expert typography, and proficiency with After Effects, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

Strong portfolio showcasing motion design, animation, and brand storytelling (preferably for SaaS, tech, or product-led brands).
Skilled in layout, typography, and visual design fundamentals.
Proficient with After Effects, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite (or similar tools).
Understanding of how motion enhances narrative and reinforces brand consistency.
Attention to detail is non-negotiable—your work should feel crafted and intentional.
Fast turnaround times and responsive communication.
Experience designing visuals for Webflow sites or other digital platforms.
Familiarity with Lottie, 3D asset workflows, or AI-assisted motion/visual generation.

Responsibilities

Develop and evolve the visual and motion identity of the brand across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
Create scroll-stopping motion graphics, videos, and animations for social media, paid campaigns, and product launches.
Design and animate assets for product explainers, website hero sections, and key campaigns.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to bring ideas to life through compelling visual storytelling.
Maintain a cohesive brand aesthetic across visuals, decks, social content, and ads.
Produce visual assets such as icons, graphics, decks, and campaign visuals—with motion polish where relevant.
Translate complex ideas into clean, visually engaging, and dynamic motion pieces.
