Job summary

EXL is seeking a highly organized MIS Executive in the Philippines to optimize data management and streamline information flow. The role emphasizes designing and delivering training programs to ensure top performance and service delivery.

You will collaborate with the Documentation Team on SOPs and work with Operations and Project Management as needed, while mentoring new trainers to build internal capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education or related field.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years of experience in Training & Development, financial institution operations, customer service, and/or annuity service operations

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training programs for new and existing employees.
• Enhance employee knowledge of company policies, procedures, and operational systems to ensure optimal performance and service delivery.
• Collaborate with the Documentation Team regarding SOPs creating, updates, etc.
• Collaborating with Operations, Project Management Team, etc. as needed.
• Serve as a mentor for new trainers.
