Job summary

Novelus is seeking a Senior Microsoft Architect specializing in SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Power Automate, and Power Platform to govern the technical architecture for enterprise franchise management solutions. This hands-on role owns high-level and detailed designs, security, integration patterns, ALM, performance, and architectural quality across the platform, guiding developers and partner teams.

7+ years of hands-on Microsoft solution delivery in enterprise environments.
Strong experience in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 governance.
Proven ability to design scalable, secure architecture for multi-tenant deployments.

Responsibilities

Define end-to-end architecture across SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Azure.
Lead architectural design reviews, standards, and governance.
Collaborate with CTO, developers, QA, product teams, and partners to ensure scalable solutions.
Establish patterns, environment strategy, and non-functional requirements.
Mentor teams on Microsoft architecture standards.
